Bishop Dwight Earl Williams is the Founder, Pastor/President of New Genesis Outreach Ministries. Reverend Williams is a life long resident of Stockton, California. He has a Honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College, and a Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters degree from Christian University of Southern Indiana Dr. Williams is a community leader and advocate. Pastor Williams is also the Founder , President and CEO of New Genesis Housing Development which is a 501 C3 housing and community development organization, Owner President of Dwight Williams Enterprises,a Business Advertising and Marketing Company and serves on numerous boards and commissions in major positions of leadership in San Joaquin County and the State of California. Reverend Williams is also a Ambassador with the Alliance Defending Freedom. ADF is a powerful grassroots organization that advocate and champions the cause of Religious Liberty, Right to Life and Pro Family issues. He is married to his wife Phyllis Williams. They have 2 grown children.

New Genesis also works with other organizations and services to help prevent homelessness in the Greater Stockton community. Collaboration is The KEY when it comes to solving many of challenges in our neighborhoods. New Genesis through its efforts conduct itself as a facilitator and bridge builder to find workable common sense solutions. Bishop Dwight Earl Williams has a vision for excellence and education. To that end starting in late 2021 in partnership with the Faith Based Network of our Sister nonprofit New Genesis Housing Development, Bishop Williams is launching The New Genesis Theological Institute. NGTI will be committed to training people of faith to be more effective in ministry and business for the Cause of JESUS CHRIST. NGTI will also train faith leaders to be community change agents to be influencers with a Biblical World View. Leaders committed to a ministry of service being Salt and Light.
